Keller Family Law Attorney

The family unit is the most important institution in our society.

The practice of “Texas Family Law” encompasses much more than just divorce and adoption. Many different issues can arise from the family relationship. While Texas divorce actions and adoption proceedings are often the most common areas of family law, Texas families have other equally important issues that occur after a divorce is final and as circumstances change; most commonly in regard to child custody modifications and child support.

Management of the family, and related obligations, continues even after a divorce or separation. Circumstances usually change as time goes on, which will require the Court to alter the original duties and obligations it assigned to each party. It may be necessary to seek assistance from the Court when a former spouse or parent does not hold-up their end of the bargain as ordered by the Court.

As a whole “family law” issues are some of the most volatile and emotional ones in the practice of law. As a DFW family law office, we make a concentrated effort to look at our clients’ needs as if they were our own and to understand the impact the law has on their family. When representing a client in a  family law matter, we never forget that a family is involved and strive to deliver the best results for our clients.
