Dallas - Fort Worth- DFW Adoption Attorney

Adopting a child is perhaps the greatest gift you can give to society.  Providing and caring for a child in need of adoption will change the path of the life of that child, and yourself, forever.

A frequent occurrence today is the adoption of the children of existing or extended family members.  Perhaps this is due to the recent phenomenon of once independent adult children returning home to their parents’ house and not having the capability of caring for their children.  In many cases the grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other family members are required to take-on the responsibility of caring for the displaced child.

Your Adoption Lawyer

Unfortunately the adoption process can be cumbersome and complicated, even when family members are involved.

Regardless of whether you are adopting a child in an effort to provide for an existing family member or relative, or you are seeking to adopt a child from outside the family, every detail of the process must be examined closely. What at first seems like a simple and agreeable process can become complicated and emotionally charged.

If you find yourself confused by the adoption process, or if you are considering adoption, feel free to contact our office for assistance.  We would be honored to assist you in this process.

At the Law Office of Russell S. Rice, our clients come first.
